History

After graduating high school in 1988, Mr. Parrish joined the Army, completing special training in infantry combat and later becoming a Korean Linguist. Once his military tour was complete, Mr. Parrish began working as a civilian analyst for the Intelligence Division of the U.S. Southern Command in the country of Panama. Mr. Parrish decided to return stateside and complete his education as an attorney with a desire to represent the people against those that had wronged them. While attending Indiana University – Indianapolis Law School, Mr. Parrish became president of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, was voted as representative at large of the student body, was lead counsel on the trial team which went to the National Regional Finals and was an editor for the Indiana Law Review. Mr. Parrish graduated law school in the top of his class, with honors, and began working for one of the largest defense law firms in the state of Florida. The experience in a defense-oriented law firm provided invaluable insight into the strategies and tactics used by defense firms during litigation. After gaining the experience needed, and with an unwavering desire to represent the injured, Mr. Parrish left the large defense firm and began working for a small, but high volume, plaintiff-focused law firm, from which Mr. Parrish further developed his trial advocacy skills. All of the above-mentioned experiences have provided Mr. Parrish with the tools to effectively represent his clients, from pre-suit negotiations to post-trial practice, with integrity, tenacity and personal service.
